Great DayLooks like you had a wonderful day. It was two years ago this month i went up DC with my dad, only time on Rainier so far. It was totally awesome; i get nostalgic for it at this time of year, remembering that rush of a climb right before school started. It was my best climb yet, i think. Ever since i've just wanted to do it again.

Re: Great DayCool memories. We had clear weather for the most part and not too cold but it was really windy. At the summit we could lean into it and be held up by it. It made the last 1000 feet of elevation taxing.
