Distinctive Lily of the Valley photographed just before hiking up into timber above Williams Lake. Un-named 12,819 can be seen to the south across lake just as July sun brushes the summit. From this point to summit of Wheeler the trail steepens dramatically, but is easy to follow. 7-30-08
