Taking it all in

The approach to Mt. Sill is a long scree fest. The scree is not very stable, big rocks the size of cars move under your weight, you really get the feeling of how easy it would be to set off a rock slide that would just erase you. But it's definitely worth the effort. We were heading up glacier notch, first skirting, the climbing away from Pallisade Glacier. I am taking it all in right here, loving it.
