The final meters

After coming down from Mont Blanc by the 3 Mounts traverse, the final part of the route ascends a few hundred meters, ending on a somewhat exposed ridge that leads back to civilization, i.e. the summit station of the cable car at the Aiguille du Midi. However, the snow conditions were fine, which made the ridge quite easy. 11 July 2013.
