The Flume Bridge

The Flume Bridge was built in 1871 and replaces an older bridge built in 1858. The small one lane brige is 50 long and crosses the Pemigewasset River of New Hampshire. Today it supports the Flume Trail and is just beyond the trailhead and the Flume visitor center in the Franconia Notch State Park. October 2000
