The fresh air of the Tian Shan

I was heading into the Tian Shan with my bike. Going up along a river. I usually drink the water straight from any water source in the mountains, but this time the water smelled a bit strange so I passed. Not only the water smelled strange later on. The air did and the smell got stronger. Coming around a corner this wonderful piece of human technology appeared. It was really a shock to see these awful buildings in the middle of the otherwise so beautiful nature of the Tian Shan. Fortunately, this was the only place I encountered something like that.

Almost seen al your beautiful photo's, and then to stumble upon such a waste of nature. But anyway your photo's are breathtaking!!

I'm happy to hear you liked my photos.

I felt I had to include that photo as the place was such a horrible place and the contrast to the rest of the surroundings was extreme.
Hopefully, the industrialization will not spread any further into this beautiful mountain area.
