The infamous "heather ledge...
The infamous "heather ledge traverse" section of the NE Ridge route. Actually this part wasn't bad at all since everything was dry. From here I probably got off-route and headed directly up towards the summit rather than right to get back on the ridge. This traded off slippery heather for mossy rock. Don't know which way is better, but I had fun! (August 14, 2005).
