Warning

I was warned about these dogs by both the staff at the Trappers Lake Lodge and the the forest service personal. They must be very effective guardians. I stayed away from the sheep and had no problems. Jon

Yup, they are scary. But, I've only had one scary encounter, and that was when I was with my dog and there were no shepherds around. Otherwise, they've allowed me to pass or left me alone.
