The Sickle

This great mountain had it all...a fantastic hike to a really cool hut, a climb that included rock, ice and snow. This year was unusual, tons of snow and very hot weather, which unfortunately prevented us from going all the way to the summit due to deep and somewhat unstable snow with cornices, but it didn't matter, we climb for the fun of it and fun this was!!
