The St. Croix "Cross"

The word "croix" is said to mean a cross. If you look carefully, you can see a tilted "cross" pattern in the rock.  Unfortunately, when this photo was taken, the river was flooding and ten feet higher than normal, obscurring the bottom part of the cross.
