is topped by this FAA dome structure and heavily fenced and signed for no trespassing. The fenceline, has one spot that is highest, find that spot, and call it a reasonable attempt to reach the highest spot. Trying to actually reach the highest spot on the other side of the fence will probably land you in jail. The nightime views from up there were very nice. 5-28-06
