R & R anyone? Not "rest and relaxation", but "recover and repeat". Climging The Trough was like a 45 minute high intesity interval workout. Climb a few minutes, let your heart rate get so high you can feel it pounding in your chest, stop a few minutes to recover, and then repeat. RMNP, Longs Peak, Keyhole Route August 14, 2008
