The view of Mount Owen (left...

The view of Mount Owen (left of center) from upper Glacier Gulch. The Teton Glacier lies just above the large moraine rim at center. There are a few somewhat sheltered bivy sites at the base of this moraine, on the near side towards the left. The prominent pillar on the skyline just right of center is the East Prong, and the Koven Couloir is partially visible just to the left of the prong. The ridge in the foreground at far left is the lower portion of the Grand Teton east ridge.
