Three climbers ahead of us in...
Three climbers ahead of us in the No. 1 Gully, which leads up to the west side of Leaning Spire (seen above). Note how the whole gully leans to the right. The threesome ahead of us took the upper variation to No. 2 Gully. We took the lower variation (not in view here). Aug. 20, 2005.
