Tonto Plateau

4 miles from trailhead is Tonto Plateau Rest Area. There are pit toilets here and an emergency phone a few feet down the trail. No water here. The toilets are to the right, out of the picture. To the left, out of the picture, it the Tonto Trail West that would take hikers to Indian Garden. I do not know the distance from Tonto Plateau to Indian Garden. I never hiked Tonto trail.
