Why not? There are so many climbable walls in a city. The climber didn´t destroy anything, so I think it is a good idea of the mayor to allow it. In Bonn is something similar at the Rhein. Thanks for your comment. Sebastian

Nice!

A few of us from Ski Patrol OEC class do this around our college campus here in Laramie, WY everyday after class. We are working on a "buildering" guide for the university.
