The trail to Blue Mountain. This is at the trailhead. You can see the second 1/2 of the trail gains a good bit of elevation, so be ready! There's a lot of steep, bare rock along the upper part of the trail, but it's well worth it and you'll enjoy the views.

Thanks for posting this. Yeah, it looks like around 800-900' in well under a mile. A fairly steep hiking trail by Adirondack standards :) and worth it, as you know!
