Grin and bear it. Whew! I was riveted to your report. Thanx for sharing. I also set out to climb Orizaba solo but I ended up climbing with another would-be soloist I met at the hut. My water froze half way up the glacier and, like you, I pushed on but didn't suffer quite as much as you did. At any rate, thanx for the interesting story. Good luck on your next climb.
