From the SW
After leaving the trail, a very cold climb up a crappy choss-gully got me to the ridge south of the unranked 13,xxx point south of the summit. Continued on to the other Sister. Trip report.

Nice hike
Combined with East Twin Sister & Rolling Mountain.
Both Twins plus neighboring 12ers PT 12601 and PT 12579 from an unnamed trail across from the abandoned mine. We think the trail is part of the Hardrock 100 trail run route. Early season and it still had some snow patches that made the trail hard to follow in the trees adding some annoying bushwhacking when we lost it.

another great day in the mountains
A beautiful windless day with sun and clouds.
I arrived at the trailhead ??? early, did not find the start of the Hardrock trail, somehow did not even realize it was there. I just had a map and it did not mark any trail. So I knew I wanted to hike around the Twin Sister East and gain the saddle between the sisters from the east side, and eventually I found the trail higher up.
Did Twin Sister West first, then walked onto Twin Sister East. Spectacular views!!!
