I'm pretty sure this is rosy twisted-stalk, streptopus lanceolatus (a.k.a. streptopus roseus). (Might be S. amplexifolius, but that has leaves which extend a little further around the stem.) Berries are edible but highly laxative, reportedly giving rise to a folk name of "scoot berries". Leaves are said to be edible ("the entire plant is sweet with a cucumber-like flavor"), but this one should probably be avoided by beginning foragers: some similar-looking (and related) plants, notably veratrum, are deadly.
