wow

looks like the rest of the country has (nearly) summer in full swing!! here in PacNW it literally looks and feels like March :(

It was already hotter than Hades in northern Georgia when we visited. The humidity was absurd. Saving grace? The trees were (as you can see) already in full-leaf along the lower reaches, providing shade.

Hubba

I bought one of those last year and I haven't had a chance to use it. But this week I'll finally get to go backpacking for the first time in more than twelve months! Going to break in the Hubba and my new down sleeping bag.

Bob,

I have been very, very pleased with my Hubba. Zero comlaints thus far. I've had it as cold as 23 degrees (Guadalupes in TX) and as hot as...well, you know N. GA. What I have not experienced yet in this tent is a brutal downpour.

Enjoy your backpacking trip!!! We'll look forward to trip reports / mountain/route pages. ;)
