On a nearby hiking hill, Badger Mtn, spring brings the annual flower show. This shot shows a Balsam Root acting as the foreground to the other hills of the tricity area. Also you can see some Lupine in this shot as well. In the background are Candy, Red, and Rattlesnake mountains. Badger Mtn has a hiking trail to the summit that was put in by folks who rallied together to save the mountain from developers. 4-25-07
