You are nuts!!Congrats! How is that for the knees on terrain like that? I have always wondered if you can strengthen your knees or joints to minimialize damage. Do you do anything along these lines?

Re: You are nuts!!Yeah, I do squats, leg lifts, wall sits and take glucosamine on a regular basis. You can't really strengthen the joints, just keep it lubed up. Strengthening the muscles helps prevent knee cap bounce though. Hope Bell cord went stellar today, weather looked great.
