Re: Why not....Hahaha, good call. I guess I could have. For some reason I thought of the piton first, then ran and grabbed my ice tool to pound it with.

Re: Why not....The pick would have gotten stuck in the coconut, so probably better to have used the piton instead :)

Re: Why not....It was pretty messy and inefficient either way. Hahahaha. I'll just buy canned coconut milk next time.
I also used the hammer to crack along the lines after the milk was drained.
