been to the florida high point in the late fall back while living in orlando in 1994. so far, been to the NC,MA,NJ,NH,and finally CT highpoints. also, all 3 long island, NY highpoints, jaynes[ 401.5 ft], bald[ 302 ft], and stoney hill[ 120 ft in east hampton] connecticut's point is kinda obscure by way of a red trail off mount washington road at mass. line and major rock scramble in places. climbed by day, came down by night holding flashlight- scary climb, but there's an easier way on some old woodroad I hear. fixing to move west next year to either rural northern CA[ siskiyou co.] or, more likely, to rural central oregon which seems way more bitchin' scenery wise yet close in to eugene/salem.
