"Got tight last night on absinthe and did knife tricks. Great success shooting the knife into the piano. The woodworms are so bad and eat hell out of all furniture that you can always claim the woodworms did it."

First climbThis was my first trad/alpine climb. Pretty confident sport climber. This climb was super fun and enjoyable. Lots of scrambling and easy climbing with great holds. Snow at the beginning, and at the end. suggest using crampons and ice tool. Descent takes a while. Came across 2 Rappels. Definitely a little scared the entire time I did it but I enjoyed the amazing views. ( I sport climb 10-11a,b, and found this climb very easy)

Warm-up before Sir DonaldWe climbed Uto as a warm-up climb before attending Mount Sir Donald the next day. The quality of the rock is wonderful, the climb is less exposed than Sir D and a little bit easier.

SW ridge soloHad a couple hours daylight after packing in for Sir Donald, so were psyched to get up and back down this very nice route. Definitely worth climbing.

SW ridgeHell of a mountain, hell of a summit, hell of a route. If... only... it... hadn't... rained on the way down!
