This "stuff" reminds me of some amazing climbs in Oregon's Columbia River Gorge.....BAD "rock", very rarely done, YDS rating is meaningless (when every hold stays in your hand) & no walk up routes to the top ----- these are such AWSOME climbs (probably most rewarding for me).

Bad plus very wet and slippery! I assume it wouldn't be that bad if it were dry, but when it is wet, even flat ground is slippery!
