The page is simply excellent. I’m wondering the amount of work needed to create this wonderful page. About the mountain, I’m always fascinated by the combination of mountain and sea. The pictures are incredible.
This is by far the most complete page I've ever seen! Excellent. Great pictures and TONS of info. Maybe you could try breaking up the main page into the Route Info sections, but this is amazing.
This is Velebit massif overview page, there are no routes here. Routes are described on individual peak and group pages of Velebit (links are on top of the page or left under 'related mountains').

During time, this child become great photographer and writer,... great artist! He identified himself with his greatest love - Velebit. In this strong symbiotic relationship, both become famous, mountain and it's devoter, artist. Who is more proud on another one - Velebit on Aleksandar, of Aleksandar on Velebit? That's eternal mystery!
Thanks very much Nugs!! Did you know that last year Lonely Planet proclaimed Croatia to be number 1 destination in the world for 2005! And just few months ago National Geographic Adventurer did the same for 2006! Not much I can add to that :-) There's much to see here, welcome!
Those photos are linked from my storage site, they are not on SP so that is why you can't open them and vote. Well, those are current conditions photos that I change all the time. I don't want to overload SP with them and this way they are only visible to those that visit Velebit page.
Thanks very much James!!! I don't remember know how long it took to write it because it was years ago. But I remember that it wasn't done in 'one breath' but over a period of time. I had this written long before I found SP. Till then I couldn't find a decent place to put it online till I stumbled on SP, almost 4 years ago.
