"So I was sitting in my cubicle today, and I realized, ever since I started working, every single day of my life has been worse than the day before it. So that means that every single day that you see me, that's on the worst day of my life."

Untitled CommentNow I don't pretend that I have read everything but this again is one of your exceptional pages. It'll finally take you over the 1000pt mark, so let me be the first to congratulate! You've taken a long time to get there but if I look at the amount of work you put into your pages I can clearly see why.
Thanks a lot for sharing all the information with us!
Have a nice weekend
Gangolf

Untitled CommentWell forested with pleasant meadows. The crags add brilliance to the forest colors. Interesting that beech is on the crest. In the Southern Appalachiams beech also dominates the crest and high gaps in the ridges.

Untitled CommentThanks Mark!! Yes, that is interesting about beeches on the ridge of V.Kozjak and I can tell you those are high and straight trees, very beautiful. My guess is that direction of the crest helps, it isn't perpendicular on Bura wind. My guess is also that cliffs on northern side provide a shelter from Bura. Probably because of them wind goes over the trees, not hitting them. Usually such ridges on Velebit have bush like beeches or are naked.
