View down to parking lot

Looking down at the parking lot at wife and kid waiting (red car) and two tourists watching (pickup). They probably marveled at how fast I was climbing. It took 10 minutes to get to the summit where I spent 10 minutes chatting with a guy trying to fly his drone up there (he apparently could not get it to work), then 10 minutes to get down (which included a few minutes of picture-taking delays). If one were in a hurry this pu'u (hill) could be done in 15 minutes round trip if you didn't stop to view the scenery up there, which is quite good except for one pesky tree on the ocean side blocking a full 360-degree view. I took a photo of whales from up there. If you look at the original (large) image you can see the trails.
