View from near the North Yolla Bolly summit- this cloud enveloping the lower mountain made me worry I wouldn't be able to find my backpack I'd left below (& all of my belongings)- fortunately it blew over- 4 June, 2005

Thanks, Radek. My thoughts ranged from 'Wow- that looks awesome!' to 'Shit I hope I can find my way down & retrieve my gear so I'm not stranded up here tonight w/o any bivy gear!' while I was looking down.
