Love the light and shadow...on this photo. Mountains of Austria are so beautiful.
This photo reminds me of a friend of mine who played as one of the kids in the Sound of Music. He had taken off for a walk and was lost for a number of hours. I can see why he had gone for a walk. The mountains are so beautiful.

Re: Love the light and shadow...Thanks a lot, Marc! On those two days I had during the week I spent in Lech, I had absolutely incredibly clear weather, which, of course, is every photographers dream. That's why I was able to take so many good ones, also with light effects such as on this one. Yes - even though Austria's mountains are not quite as "parade" as the Swiss and the French Alps, they are full to the brim of beauty!
...was it during "high on a hill on a lonely goatherd" that your friend got lost? ;-))
