View North from Descent Route

A look at the NE ridge as we descended the snow slopes on the north face on Hoback Peak. The left side of the ridge as shown here is approximately where we gained the ridge on our ascent; there is a saddle there that seems to be the best destination to aim for. If you view this in "Orig," you can see the Gros Ventre Range, including Doubletop Peak (its highpoint) on the left in the distance, and the Wind River Range, even more distant, on the right.
