View of Shasta from Helen Lake on August 12, 2005. The route passed along the left side of the rock slide to about half way up, then crossed and went right of the Heart. The three chimneys to the right of the Heart in the Red Banks are the usual choices for the climb. I chose the left most of these three chimneys to ascend and descend.
