View of the road up the south side Jackson Peak

I don't normally like mountain biking on roads, but this one looks ok: dirt and granitic sand, with rocky bumps to keep it interesting. At least, this was the condition near the summit where the road intersects with the hiker's trail. Certainly scenic. A lower section of the same road is shown near upper right.
