View to the north from the Berchtesgadener Hochthron

Overlooking the Untersberg crest ending on the Salzburger Hochthron (1853m) to the flat parts of Bavaria and Salzburg. The two lakes in view are Trumer See (left) and Wallersee (right), and the view on that day (November 14th, 2010) to the Bavarian-Bohemian Forest on the horizon, more than 200 kilometers away (behind it is the Czech republic), was of exceptional clarity!
