Looks to me, from the

vantage point I'm seeing this from, that it
would take the average person several days
to surrmount the summit of Beulah.

When a person backpacks into this area, what
would be the "normal" diet for a person?

Beans and Moose-burgers ??? : ))

IMO it would take the average person infinity days to climb Beulah because the average person wouldn't attempt it.

As to diet, I'm partial to animal crackers myself.

Infinity is a long time :)

Mount Beulah is an awesome mountain. I hope to climb it someday.
