Kromo

Kromo

I found this statue interesting because of skillful use of wood. Otherwise it meant to be a tourist attraction, representing our Cro-Magnon ancesters, who lived before 35.000 years in the Potočka zijavka (cave), some 500 m higher on the Olševa mountain. Well, Cro-Magnon people were anatomically already modern humans, while this guy (named: Kromo) looks more like a Neanderthal. But all is well if the guy promotes tourism in the nearby Rogar farm. True

He doesn't really look like a H. sapiens, but it's a nice statue.
