Route Description

From the trailhead the first section goes through some amazing old growth forests with huge fir trees. You will come to a "T" and take the left path which quickly comes to a rock field at the base of a rock pinnacle. Follow the trail until it "T"s again after the second pinnacle. Take a left there and it climbs to the summit pinnacle. About 25 feet of class 2 scramble gets you to the base of an old lookout on the summit. Total distance is 2 miles with 1100 feet of elevation gain.
