Duboki Dol

At the bottom of large Duboki Dol (630m) basin at the beginning of spring (first half of May). Behind is Bobicki Kuk (1425m) rising 800m above. Duboki Dol is one of many such depressions of the area, with beautiful meadows or fields on the bottom. Stap - Veliko Rujno section of VPP or Velebit Long Distance Trail passes above it, traversing along the slopes behind, just above the tree. Photo: Aleksandar Gospic
