Mirevo

Undulating grassy basin Mirevo (1350m), which is placed behind Alan pass (1375m) and Buljma (1451m) on the seaboard side, used to be center of life on this part Velebit during summers. Numerous rocky fences and several ruined houses remind of that. But not all houses died, some were renovated, few where born, on the lands of grandfathers in the western corner of Mirevo. Ancestors that left the mountain in search for better life would be happy to see that their descendants are returning more and more today as they run away from that same life ancestors looked for.
