Point 11,694 (center) seen from the approach to Dunrud Peak. Bear Creek Pass is below and to the right of the peak. Although there is a trail (visible in places if you enlarge this photo) to the pass, climbing the peak from there requires Class 5 climbing on rotten rock. Instead, it is better to follow the next drainage east from Bear Creek or to approach from East Fork Pass. Absaroka Range, WY-- July 2010
