Zagon & Debeli Kuk
When approaching Stap from Ljubotic village, which is normal access, you'll pass through Zagon hamlet (on the photo). 3 people still live here and they are some of the very few people that still live in wilderness (away from the roads) on whole Velebit massif (photo of Sice (lives there)). Behind is Debeli Kuk (1268m), which is above Stap.
