Waterfall 3 1/2 miles up the Hunter Creek Trail

Many people have heard about a waterfall up the Hunter Creek Trail. It is not that easy to find, since when you enter the woods about 2 3/4 miles in, there are a number of trails and it is hard to know exactly where to find the waterfall. The trick is to stay to the east and follow the water. Eventually you will enter a meadow that tends to be washed out in springtime. But rest assured, you will be greeted with a nice waterfall at the end of your journey.

This is it

I guess you can keep hiking past the waterfall, but I don't see why. I have been up further on the ridge above the Hunter Creek Trail.
