A huge but somewhat misleading cairn on the Gfallwand WNW ridge

I wasn't quite sure how long it would take to get up the Gfallwand, but this big cairn appeared rather soon. And, sure enough, when I got there I saw that it was only a false summit. 16 July 2013.
