With ref to the table listing the various climbing 'games' Game 2 the Crag Climbing Game has as an example... "Crags of the British Isles, probably referring to the gritstone of the Lake district"
Gritstone is found in the Peak District, and the Lake District a distinct area itself, is mostly Volcanic in origin.
