Mount Sill - view North East

This is a great shot from the Summit of Mount Sill. In this picture there is pretty much every landmark that needs to be known in order to have a good sense of direction. The mountain to the right is Mount Gayley, below the peak is Scimitar Pass, the ridge that goes downward in the middle of the pictures is the Swiss Arete, on the left of Mount Gayley is the field of boulders that has to be crossed in order to get to the Glacier Notch. The glacier Notch is the lowest point, the V in the center of the picture, on the ridge in between Gayley and Sill. The trail goes down that nothch, in between the visible snow field and Mount Gayley, over that boulders hill on the left side of Gayley and than down the smooth light brown hill that has some green on it.
