A fallen cathedral?
This is what you get when you take a picture while the camera is rotated sideways, and the resulting picture is posted on SummitPost without any post processing: it's turned sideways.
By the way, it's the Innsbruck Cathedral. The sun is setting, which is why it appears so colorful. Photo taken on 12 September 2015.
