The "other" Maglić summit has only a cairn

At 2388m, the "other" Maglić summit is actually the true one, but it's only got this unremarkable cairn on the top while a nearly slightly lower summit has a flag. The reason for this distinction? The latter is the highpoint of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It's right on the border with Montenegro, while the "other" summit is wholly in Montenegro.
