I grew up in Texas and still remember the BBQ. Totally yummy! My mom had a turkey barbecued every Thanksgiving. The holiday was never the same after we moved to California.

Yeah, I totally agree with you.....But, I guess, even if you miss BBQ that much in CA, you have all the mountains you can climb over there, right?
There isn't much of a choice here in TX...
